The famous Handel's Messiah will be performed by over 100 singers from the Japanese Handel Festival Choir and the dynamic 'Verdandi Camerata' from London accompanied by four Japanese / UK professional soloists:
Soprano: Naomi Satake
Alto: Louise Innes
Tenor: Hirohisa Tsuji
Baritone: Adam Green
Conductor: Hideyuki Tsuji
The Handel Festival Japan (HFJ) started in 2003 in Tokyo, and aims to offer a wide range of Handel work from vocal music to instrumental music conclusively and continuously. HFJ is dedicated to bringing the real attraction of Handel's work into clarity, which is filled with direct and dramatic expressions.
Verdandi Camerata provides a dynamic platform for young professionals who are at the beginning of their carrier. They work with young inspiring conductors and emerging soloists as well as focusing resource and effort to premier new works by young contemporary composers from all over the world through full symphony orchestras to small chamber groups.
With the ensemble’s positive energy and youthful enthusiasm, Verdandi Camerata are looking forward to contributing something special to London’s LIVE music landscape.
